Summary / Zusammenfassung	Glenoid rim fractures are rare. The indication for conservative or surgical treatment is controversial, especially because of limited reports in the literature. Many authors prefer surgical treatment for displaced glenoid rim fractures. The goal of the study is to evaluate the clinical outcome after conservative treatment of glenoid rim fractures.
